The challenge
Decent resources for learning Bulgarian as a Turkish speaker barely exist. As a team living and working in Bulgaria, we knew the need first-hand — and we wanted to build our own product with the same discipline as client work.
The critical requirement: the content team must be able to run the curriculum from a panel, without a single code change.
What we built
Content is managed from the panel and consumed on mobile; between the two sits a single contract: the API.
- A placement test and a curriculum modelled as module–unit–exercise
- A multilingual foundation with role-based permissions
- One API feeding the admin panel and the mobile app at the same time
The result
The curriculum grows from the panel without touching the codebase, and the app picks up new content instantly. Our own product doubles as a live reference we show to clients.
